Platinum Care Solutions is a domiciliary and residential care provider and we’re looking for our next Sales and Recruitment Coordinator.

Our ideal candidate would be responsible for: Supporting and leading our residential portfolio and our exceptional team of agency carers.

Supporting our Residential Care Account Manager – this will include taking responsibility liaising and engaging all our key clients across West Sussex and Hampshire, obtaining/building new sales/recruitment leads and assisting with retention, allocating Agency staff for care home shifts.

Assist with the sourcing and placing staff across a range of Health Care and Registered Nursing roles, understand the needs of new and existing clients, selling our offer, generating new business.

Summary of position:

You need to demonstrate commercial awareness, be sales focused, and able to build and develop strong relationships with clients and staff, exceptional customer service and work to specified timescale.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the highest standards of care and service
  • Identify and capitalise on underutilised opportunities, understanding the business needs and targeting the correct clients to generate sales.
  • Responsible for the development, growth/operational performance of your branch, ensuring the business grows sustainably in line with targets and KPI’s
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients.
  • Assessing the needs of new clients and tailoring an individual service to meet their expectations and requirements
  • Accountable for your individual compliance ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practice are maintained and promote the company’s vision culture and values.
  • Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective/efficient service is always being delivered.
  • Working with external partners in the industry to generate new sales leads.
  • Promote the business and recruitment process through various marketing channels, including networking events and by attending selected local recruitment events in job fare events in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Be passionate about our carers and ensure they are upsold throughout the business to ensure they start work.
  • Coordinate and carry out all resourcing/onboarding for all new staff to ensure we are compliant.
  • Conduct face to face / remote video interviews and promote the company’s vision, values and culture, adding ideas and innovation to the process
  • Support wider team with system requirements and general administration.

 

Extra activities

  • Cover Out of Hours Service on a Rota Basis.
  • A good knowledge of the geographical areas covered by The Group or a willingness to learn.
  • Ensuring that the care service runs smoothly out-of-hours, effectively resolving problems as they arise.
  • Any other duties required by the needs of the business.

Person Specification:

 

  • High levels of initiative, positive energy and resilience to changing demands.
  • Robust experience of sales and recruitment
  • A good understanding of the market and opportunities/issues within it.
  • Strong personal & communication skills
  • Excellent time keeping skills and reliability.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure to meet and achieve deadlines.

  • Good administrative skills and computer literacy.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task.

  • Experience in the Health and Social Care sector.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence (Preferred)
  • providing care: 1 year (Preferred)
  • supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (Preferred)
