We believe that everybody has the right to choose where they receive their end-of-life care. Palliative or end-of-life care is an option for individuals who choose to spend their remaining time where they feel most comfortable – which in our experience is at home. Supporting individuals through these moments is an immense privilege, and we appreciate the weight of these decisions. We work with local authorities to ensure the utmost safety and comfort of the individuals that we care for.
The service we provide
Our end-of-life care services work with you and your loved ones to support your needs to the best of our ability, making sure we do our best to ensure that your independence is retained. We have years of experience working closely with the NHS and local Clinical Commissioning Groups, with all of our palliative carers able to provide specialist support as and when they are needed.
Who will care for my loved one?
Platinum end of life care does not end with the individual; we are also there to support family, friends and loved ones through this difficult time to the best of our abilities. We will do our best to check in with them and make sure that they are as involved as you would like them to be throughout the entire process.
