Due to rapid growth; Platinum Care Solutions Ltd are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to strengthen our small team in our Camberley office. Office is conveniently located justa short distance from the railway station in the centre of Camberely.
This role is very diverse, working across the shared services of accounts and recruitment. This is the ideal role for somebody who enjoys a challenge and is a team player. Platinum Care Solutions is a very busy environment, therefore we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, be proactive and is willing to be hands on when needed. Training and support will be provided with the opprountity to grow skills and knowledge.
The OfficeAdministratorhours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Payroll checking and reconciliation of timesheets
Creating purchase orders
Booking interviews & liaising with candidates
Booking staff training and issuing on line training
New and existing staff compliance/training/DBS
The opportunity to attend recruitment events and activities
General admin tasks including monitoring social media
1-2 years minimum experience working in an office environment – essential
Experience of Payroll would be advantageous
Attention to detail with ability to spot potential errors
Must be flexible and adaptable in your working approach and can work automously
Strong Word, Excel & Outlook skills
Very good written and confident verbal communication
