PTS is run by Edna Harmsworth (RGN, Cert.Ed.)., who has over 20 years experience working in the care home environment, the last 10 years being of a management status, thus equipping her with a full understanding of the demands of the care industry and the significant role that competent training plays in achieving best practice.
