OUR SERVICES
Care Assistants & Support Workers
 When employing care staff, PCS follow strict recruitment procedures including application, interviews, new CRB disclosures, references and confirmation of eligibility to work in the UK. It is ensured that all applicants hold mandatory qualifications and training certificates, and we encourage further courses to be undertaken. PCS works alongside an in-house training company, Platinum Training Solutions, which is responsible for the training of all staff. PCS ensure that all staff employed have experience of working in the care environment and that they all understand fully the demands of the position and of the healthcare industry.
It is extremely important to PCS that all care staff are not only able to deliver good care, but also have a friendly, cheerful and hardworking personality dedicated to caring for others. PCS feel that continuity is of utmost importance and so make every effort to place the same individuals in the same homes. Your opinion is greatly valued and if there are certain members you prefer, we will do our utmost to place them with you.
The performance of PCS’ team members is monitored closely through liaising with both staff and clients, and through supervisions. Regular contact with our clients is maintained in order to ensure that the service provided meets and exceeds our expectations.
Nurses
The provision of Qualified Nurses is an exciting area we have branched into. This service is supported by the same high standards that apply to and compliment our supply of Care Staff.
Our office is staffed with a qualified nurse who is responsible for the recruitment of all nurses and carries out the registration process including the personal health assessment. All necessary checks are conducted prior to employment commencing. Regular supervisions of all nursing staff take place.
PCS are able to supply various grades of nurses, both nurses in charge and nurses to compliment your own nursing staff.
HR Solutions
PCS provide a service offering HR solutions, including advice and assistance in the recruitment of permanent staff.
Rates
PCS believe that the provision of a high-quality service does not have to be charged at high rates, thus our charge rates for all care staff are extremely reasonable. Our rates are available upon request by contacting our office team. Realising that each care establishment is unique in structure and requirements, our service is tailor-made to meet the needs of our individual clients, so we would be very willing to arrange a meeting where we can discuss further the service we are able to offer.

PCS regularly conduct Quality Assurance. This is achieved by regular contact with all our clients through telephone, face-to-face contact and questionnaires. All information gained from this contact is pooled, allowing us to monitor the quality of our service closely, ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding expectations and continually improving our service.
