I have been working as a Care Assistant for Platinum Care Solutions for over a year now. Through PCS I regularly work in Residential Care Homes for the Elderly. I find that PCS are professional and friendly with all staff, and they do their utmost to find me suitable shifts in the care homes I like, giving me hours that are convenient around my son. PCS try to keep me in the same homes on a regular basis, which I like because I get to know the staff and residents very well.
