ABOUT US
History
Through lengthy research, both quantitative and qualitative, Platinum Care Solutions was established in 2004 to manage the gap in the service of care staff supply. The research undertaken demonstrated that the health care industry really would benefit from a service supplier that commits itself fully to the cause without the hidden charges, which were found to be causing financial difficulties that were occurring in a number of care establishments.
As registered manager, Joanne Barry aimed to develop a company that would incorporate all the requests and comments from a number of potential clients, ultimately registering a company that would provide a professional, dedicated and personal service which clients would want to utilise time and time again.
Nursing Division 2005
The launch of our Nursing division came after months of requests from our clients for this service. After successfully maintaining an experienced Bank of Care staff it was decided that the professional Nursing division would only enhance the service we already supply. A qualified nurse is employed to carryout the recruitment and selection of our nurses, and ensures that they satisfy all the necessary NMC Codes of Professional Conduct.
Here in 2007, PCS are currently supplying Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers to both the public and the private healthcare sectors. PCS have established an impeccable reputation for quality and commitment, whilst providing a friendly, efficient and professional service.
As a company we are extremely loyal and committed to the welfare of our staff and clients alike, always appreciating that the quality and reputation of our company is built on the standards of staff we supply. We rely on our strong working relationships with our staff and clients, allowing us to continue providing the outstanding service that we take pride in.
